If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, a minimum 24 hrs is required.This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone's life, but please be courteous and notify me. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored: 24 hr Cancellation Policy: If cancelled within a 24 hr window, there will be a 50% cancellation fee. If you need to cancel or reschedule please call or text (859) 972-6783 as soon as possible. Any refunds will be subject to a credit processing fee. Appointments made within 24 hours are automatically subject to cancellation fees. Thank you for understanding. If an appointment is cancelled before 24 hours, you will not be charged. You may freely reschedule your appointment to a later date. Prepaid appointments will be transferred to credit and also may be used at a later time. No Show: Anyone who forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment will be considered a "no show" and will automatically be charged 50% from their stored credit card. If there is a credit remaining on your account (prepaid, gift certificates, etc), 50% of the session booked will be deducted from the balance remaining. Late Arrivals: If you are late, please contact me as soon as possible. Your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointment follows yours. Regardless of the length of treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session. I try to be accommodating since life does happen, but please try to be on time. I want to make sure each client experiences their full session. These policies are in place to be fair to each client and therapist. Thank you for your understanding!
